Dear all,
Without any evidence, people spread WhatsApp messages. Not all WhatsApp messages are true. People should not believe such forwards and take law in their own hands.
If u suspect any stranger, just dial100,.or share with your local police

And the State / District Police Super officials has declared it as FAKE' through all the available source of communication..
